Creating the florals for this Baltimore wedding at the American Visionary Art Museum was a dream!!
Tanya and Kevin came out to visit us at the farm earlier in the summer, took a tour of the fields and chose their favorite color palette for their day. These soft summery pastel flowers looked beautiful in the light and airy space.
A church wedding ceremony started the day, which then led over to the museum for cocktails and reception. We created multiple serpentine-style structures to hang greenery and florals from the open ceiling, softening the space and adding a creative element to balance out the artistic space. We also crossed strands of greenery and florals over the dance floor.
Guest tables had a mix of bud vases, tall pedestal arrangements, and white compote dish floral arrangements as centerpieces to break up the space. The head table had a greenery garland and bud vases!
Flowers we used: dahlias, delphinium, mums, rose, gerbera daisy, hydrangea, statice, zinnia, lisianthus, celosia, abelia, eucalyptus
