This fall blue and white wedding at the Wylder Hotel on Tilghman Island really stole the show!
Casey + Pat wanted to pull in all the nautical coastal vibes of having an eastern shore wedding, and naturally choosing blue and white as your wedding color palette is a perfect fit.
Bridesmaids wore a soft seaglass color dress, and along with the bride carried blue and white bouquets with softly trailing chiffon ribbon. The groom wore a navy blue suit with pocket square style boutonniere, and the groomsmen (including the ring bearer!) wore tan suits with a more traditional pin-on style boutonniere.
Their waterfront ceremony created a space that welcomed guests with lots of florals. There was a planter-box style welcome sign that we filled with florals, and arrangements lined the aisle that were later repurposed to the reception. We also created four pieces for their ceremony arch, two large arrangements at the base, and two asymmetric pieces on the arch itself. These were also brought into the reception to sit at the sweetheart table.
Inside the reception, guests were greeted with an oversized escort display full of mini disco balls!! We created a greenery garland to drape over the top corner, as well as large floral arrangements to sit mixed in with the larger disco balls at the base. They even had a sketch artist at the cocktail hour to draw the guests in person - check out the photo of the bride and groom!
Guest tables were a mix of round floral arrangements as well as bud vases with blue and white flowers.
