Kent Island Resort is always a gorgeous location, and the Pavilion area provides a great setting for customizing to your style!
Kirstie and John chose bright summer garden wedding flowers to match their personalities, and opted for their wedding ceremony to take place under the large tree on the lawn. We created large floral arrangements to sit at the entrance to the aisle, behind the last row of chairs, as well as at the front where they said their vows. These four pieces were easily repurposed into their reception at the base of the sweetheart table!
The seating chart signage got a floral boost, with an arrangement in the planter style box in front of the mirror. Inside the tent, we did an installation with greenery on the lighting cables and suspended florals as well!
Guest tables were a mix of bud vases and frogs, with taper candles. What do we mean when we say frogs? While the little green guys would certainly be cute and add to the garden charm, we mean the metal or plastic pins that sit in the base of a dish! Individual flower stems are then placed onto the pins, and held upright while still being able to drink water.
