When you're little and dreaming up your wedding, wouldn't you want horses and ponies and cows with all of the flowers? Guess what - you CAN have that!!
Having a horse barn wedding at Castle Farms is literally a dream come true, with a gorgeous venue and lots of pretty animals. Celia + Alex went with purple florals, which always have a great week in early May with lots of flowers blooming!
Bouquets had a definite flower farm garden-style feel, with lots of spring blooms. We love that Celia had her mom carry a bouquet as well, as she walked her down the aisle!
The groom Alex wore a pocket-square style boutonniere of fresh florals, standing out against the groomsmen who all had grey suits and traditional pin-on style boutonnieres.
The ceremony in the woods had a simple wooden arch with a family tartan and floral arrangement!
Flowers we used: snapdragons, lupine, allium, sweet peas, baptisia, stock, clematis, statice, lavender, gerber daisy
