We set up this St Michaels Wedding with tons of color and variety from our flower farm.
Emily's bouquet was bursting with bright colors, while she opted to have white flower bouquets for her bridesmaids! Their softer toned floral pattern bridesmaid dresses added color to the day as well. The groom and groomsmen wore dark blue suits with traditional pin-on style flower boutonnieres. The flower girls got to carry mini-bouquets down the aisle as well!
For the ceremony, we decorated the Bandstand at the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum with an asymmetric setup of flower arrangements. The couple had also requested two natural grass style arrangements at the entrance to the aisle, as a nod to the local bay area.
Guests were welcomed into the reception space with a greenery garland at the tent entrance, and then had three styles of table centerpieces. Round guest tables had her collection of vintage oyster tins that we filled with flowers and also our votive candle holders. Wooden harvest tables for the guests had pressed flower taper candles that we created as well as bud vases. The head table for the wedding party was our favorite: we created a moss meadow runner! End-to-end arrangements were placed down the length of the table, and the seams were blended with moss. Lots of colorful and vibrant flowers were "growing" right out of the table!
