Wedding Florals
Wedding Ceremony Rentals
Arches, chuppahs, floral columns, pedestals, urns and baskets, all chosen to work beautifully with our wedding florals. Here's what we offer for your ceremony and how each piece can work for your day.
There are a lot of vendors involved in a wedding day, and most have a clearly defined job with very little overlap. Your lighting company is unlikely to also do hair and makeup.
Rentals are the exception. Almost everyone offers something. Rental companies carry the big pieces like tents, tables, and chairs, but they often don't hold the smaller decor. So you'll find planners with candles, officiants with aisle runners, and DJs offering table linens.
We have a wide assortment ourselves. Over the years we've tried just about everything and worked out which pieces make the most sense to rent alongside our florals.
Overhead Structures
Some venues have an arch or pergola already on site. Others are more of a blank slate, whether that's a natural backdrop or an indoor space that can be built from scratch. Overhead structures are the classic option, and they hold florals beautifully in a lot of different configurations.
If you'd like fabric as part of your design, it works best when you provide it, and we're happy to hang it during setup.

Arch
Classic Wooden Arch
A timeless rectangular arch that frames your ceremony and holds florals in almost any style.

Arch
Wooden Triangle Arch
A modern, geometric shape that looks striking with asymmetric florals.

Arch
Rounded Arch
Soft and romantic, with a curved top that lets the flowers take center stage.

Chuppah + Mandap
Chuppah and Mandap Structure
A natural wood structure that works for both, with tan metal feet that provide stability and weight. That matters more than it sounds. Once you add fabric across the top, you want to feel certain your ceremony space isn't going anywhere.
Ground-Level Florals
If you'd rather have an accent than a full overhead installation, there are several options that work beautifully at ground level.

Accent
Floral Columns and Pillars
The closest thing to an arch without the overhead connection. They're built on two separate posts with heavy bases for balance, and they can match in height or sit asymmetrically. These repurpose especially well, framing your sweetheart table at the reception or welcoming guests at an entrance.

Built On Site
Driftwood Ground Arch
This one is never the same twice, because we build it custom on site every time. It's a sculptural arrangement of large driftwood pieces rising on either side of you, sometimes as two separate pieces and sometimes as more of a crescent behind you. We add florals at the base and tuck them into the driftwood throughout. The driftwood stays at the ceremony, but the florals at its base can usually come with you to the reception.

Accent
Pedestals
We have a variety, so there's usually something that matches whatever you're building. Our square-top white metal pedestals come in three heights, which makes layering easy. We also have white painted and warm stained wood column pedestals, plus black or gold metal pedestals that suit flat ground, usually indoors.

Accent
Urns
Beautiful filled with flowers, and they hold their own. Both sizes work well alone, and the smaller size is lovely paired with a pedestal for an elevated look.

Accent
Baskets
Another lovely ceremony option in a range of sizes. The taller baskets are substantial enough to stand alone, and they're so fun to mix and group with the smaller ones.
Where to Place Them
Pedestals, urns, and baskets all look wonderful near signage like seating charts and welcome signs. The signs themselves are something we recommend sourcing elsewhere or making yourselves. Styles change quickly, and we'd rather point you to someone who specializes in them.
See It in Place
Photos will tell you more than any description. Our galleries show these pieces at real weddings, in real venues.
Questions We Hear Often
What ceremony rentals does Wildly Native offer?
Wooden arches in rectangle, triangle, and rounded shapes, a natural wood chuppah and mandap structure, floral columns, a custom-built driftwood ground arch, pedestals in several heights and finishes, urns in two sizes, and baskets in a range of sizes.
Which ceremony rentals can be used again at the reception?
Floral columns, pedestals, urns, and baskets all move well and are often used again to frame a sweetheart table or welcome guests. The driftwood arch stays at the ceremony, but the florals at its base can usually come along to the reception.
Do you provide fabric for arches and chuppahs?
We recommend couples provide their own fabric, since it's so personal and we want it to be exactly what you pictured. We're happy to hang it for you during setup.
Do you rent wedding signage?
No, and that's on purpose. Signage styles change quickly, so we'd rather point you to a vendor who specializes in it or encourage you to make your own.
How do I find out what's available for my date?
Send us an inquiry with your wedding date and we'll set up a call to talk through options, availability, and what suits your venue.
Want to Talk It Through?
That's a lot of options, and it doesn't even include the floral designs that don't need a rental at all, like ground florals and on-site installations. Don't stress about deciding any of it now. Send us an inquiry with your wedding date and we'll set up a call to talk it all through together.
