Cassie + Xavier

May 3rd

Having a secret garden wedding at the William Paca House & Gardens is such a perfect fit! Cassie and Xander chose colors that naturally worked with the location and time of year, focusing on flower farm varieties in shades of purple, blue, and white with pops of pink and peach.

Cassie's bouquet coordinated with simple ceremony florals - just two large floral arrangements placed at ground level! As guests arrived, the flower kids handed out stems of cut flowers for them to hold.

The seating chart table was moss meadow inspired, with rows of floral arrangements surrounding each table's guest names. The tables were a combination of moss centerpieces and lil-pad-esque floral frog dishes.

Both the seating tent as well as the dance floor tent had ceiling installations. Florals were inverted and suspended over the guest tables from the tent lighting, creating a magical secret garden wedding vibe, while in the other tent, greenery was wrapped around lights over the dance floor.

Flowers we used: baptisia, allium, stock, peonies, lupine, ranunculus, dianthus, delphinium, agapanthus, orlaya, bachelor's button, larkspur, riceflower, aster, cress

You NEED Liza & Wildly Native for your wedding/event florals.

They handled our May 2025 outdoor / garden party wedding and absolutely nailed it. They didn’t just meet our vision—they somehow exceeded it. I almost cried happy tears when I saw how beautiful everything was. Liza was also such a joy to work with, plus as a bonus we had a great time driving out to visit the flower farm itself.
