In early November, choosing a darker color paired with it's lighter counterpart adds warmth and romance to this burgundy and blush wedding. The warmth from the burgundy keeps things from feeling too cool, while the lighter blush and ivory turn the color palette towards romantic instead of moody jewel tone!
Katherine and Brian were married at the Farmstead at Kent Island Resort. We love the white pergola that comes with this space for wedding ceremonies! They chose to keep the ceremony on the simpler side, with a classic greenery garland across the top of the pergola with flowers tucked in.
The reception had a mix of round and rectangular tables. The long tables had greenery garland runners with burgundy and blush flowers added in as well as our votive candles. The round tables had floating candle trios in mixed height glass cylinders and greenery added to the base and votive candles.
Flowers we used: ferns, eucalyptus, waxflower, mums, dahlias, agonis, stock, roses, gerbera daisy, snapdragon
