Orders and Shipping Policy

We deliver plants, flowers and plant material to customers as purchased. When you place an order you are agreeing to accept our materials as we see fit. We reserve the right to cancel or decline the order for any reason. We may contact you for further clarification or other information about the order as we see fit. We do personal deliveries locally and ship flowers as requested. 

Unfortunately we can not guarantee specific delivery times. In order for the flower material to arrive its freshest, we require 24 hours notice for delivery. Some exceptions may apply based on our needs.  

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns, exchanges and cancellations - Your purchase is final and nonrefundable. No product may be exchanged, returned or refunded except for damaged products. 

Gift subscriptions are one time transactions.


Damaged Products - if the product arrives damaged the company will provide a replacement product for the same value. The original needs to be returned by you or a photograph showing the damage is received two days after the shipment date. If the company confirms the damage a refund or replacement product will be provided.
