Delivery Details


We deliver from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Same-day orders must be placed before 12 p.m. Monday-Saturday. Orders to businesses will be delivered before 5 p.m., unless an express delivery is requested. If your recipient is only available at select times of the day, we highly suggest choosing a rush delivery option, or pre-ordering to guarantee your delivery time. 


Everything we grow is inspired by the seasons so please understand it takes a little time to harvest here on the farm. We may need some time to pick them at the best time of day, with the utmost freshness guaranteed! Colors and designs may vary some depending on what is looking the best in the field. If placing an order before a large flower-giving holiday such as Valentines Day, Easter, Mothers Day, etc., please make sure to place your order several days ahead of time. We’re typically very busy around these holidays, and we want to make sure you’re able to receive your order. 


Hospital and Funeral home deliveries will be delivered to the respective floral receiving areas. The delivery of the flowers will ultimately be made by hospital or funeral home personnel.


We are closed for the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Delivery & Pickup

We deliver to the following counties: Kent, Queen Anne’s, Cecil, Talbot, and Caroline. Additionally, we deliver to Middletown, DE. Delivery is free in our home of Kent County. However, outside of Kent County, delivery charges range from $10 to $35, depending on the distance. 


Rush deliveries or deliveries by a specific time can be
made with at least a two-hour advanced notice for a $10 additional fee. Please call (443) 457-8475 to place your
rush delivery orders.

to pick up your order! Pick up is free at our address 7060 Broad Neck Rd, Chestertown, MD 21620. When picking up from us, be sure to head to *the flower barn located on

Electronic Delivery Confirmation

If you would like an electronic delivery confirmation, please add this information to your delivery instructions when placing your order. By providing our staff with your personal phone number, upon delivery, we will send a text containing a confirmation (and picture if we’re able).

Redelivery & Cancellation Policy

If we were given inaccurate information for the delivery (wrong address or the recipient has moved), a redelivery fee will be added to the order for a second trip either the next day or for a future date.


Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order and prior to delivery. All cancellations and/or credit card charges are subject to a 10% credit card transaction retainer. Any cancellation requests after this period cannot be guaranteed and are subject to a 20% retainer.
