Join us for yoga and aromatic blooms on our tented patio!! Scent is a powerful sense and can boost and encourage energy, healing, or relaxation in the body. This yoga class works to align the chakras, using intentional postures and movement with the added benefit of fresh herbs & florals.
Aundra Anderson of Fit with Aundra will be hosting a one-hour yoga session, and before/during/after you will have a variety of scents cut fresh from our farm to guide you through from warm-up to cool-down.
